About Nottingham

Nottingham is the regional captial of the East Midlands. The city is famous for many things from football to fine lace, through to the legend of Robin Hood and being host to household names such as the Boots company and famous bicycle manufacturer Raleigh. A city where old and new sit together comfortably, Nottingham has a superb mix of modern shopping centres and traditional markets with something for everyone. Nottingham is also renowned for its vibrant nightlife and wide range of bars and cafes but if sport is what you seek then there is rugby, football, motor sports, cricket and horse racing on offer amongst many other activities.
